Dressphere Saga-Vampire

"Alright you girl's have reached the chateau. Don't see any signs of the syndicate so looks like you got here before them. Unless you want an encounter, I recommend finding that sphere and getting out of there quick" Came through the radio as the Gullwings arrived at their latest hotspot for sphere activity.

"Gotcha, thanks Buddy, Yuna out" Yuna answered as herself and the two other girls, Rikku and Paine ran into the abandoned chateau in search of treasure. They barged through the doors and were met with an eerie environment, with a misty fog lining the ground and pyreflies everywhere.

"Ohh of course it has to look like this. This is so creepy" Rikku complained with how much this place made her skin crawl.

"There was a great battle in this place. A summoner lived here who was killed by the crusaders" Paine told them calmly, seemingly unaffected by this gloomy place.

"What! They killed them? How could they" Yuna beckoned horrified by the idea.

"The story might be best to be saved till later. I don't want to have Rikku wetting herself and crying all the way through this" Paine sighed.

"Huh? What do you mean? Is it that bad! Oh no!" Rikku begun to panic in fear pre-emptively.

"Oh just forget I said anything" Paine complained.

"Paine, what did the summoner do to deserve such a thing?" Yuna asked really wanting to know.

"He lured other summoners in the middle of their pilgrimages and sacrificed them" Paine told them shocking both girls.

"Sacrificed! Why?" Yuna wanted to know as Rikku tried to stay calm not wanting to know.

"He used his aeons for evil, and he sacrificed the summoners to feed his power. That's why they killed him" Paine told them.

"Oh man. I'm so happy he was dead before your pilgrimage Yunie" Rikku groaned not wanting to encounter.

"Not so dead Al Bhed" They heard a cold raspy, making Rikku squeal as all girls turned their attention to the voice. There stood a male figure in black tattering robe suit whose body was partly transparent and pyreflies flying in and out of him. "How good of you girls to bring a summoner to me".

"Ahhh! A ghost!" Rikku screamed terrified.

"An unsent!" Paine shouted over her as she readied her blade.

"Your life will feed my power summoner!" He groaned coming at them. Yuna instantly pulled out her pistols and shot at them, only to find her bullets just went through them, without any effect. "You can't stop me".

"Rikku! Protect Yuna!" Paine ordered her as she came between them and the unsent summoner.

"Paine don't!" Yuna protested wanting to protect her.

"You'll spend eternity in the farplane!" He groaned.

"Not before I send you there!" Paine said raising her blade and channelling her magic. "Excalibur!" Paine shouted, enchanting her blade with holy magic before running at the summoner and piercing them brutally with a devastating blow.

The summoner screamed out in pain as Paine's holy magic coursed through his undead body, destroying his dark magic. His body begun to decay and fade into pyreflies as his body lifted up into the air and flew away to retreat. As he did, a orange orb was dropped by him that landed on the ground.

"Is he gone?" Rikku asked still cowering from the encounter.

"I only pushed him back, he'll need to be sent" Paine told them putting her sword away but being ready encase they return.

"Thank you, Paine" Yuna said to her for saving her.

"Next time, switch your dressphere Yuna, I can't always protect you" Paine told her concurringly as she walked over and picked up the sphere. "I guess this one is all me" Paine told them with it in his hand. Yuna nodded and smiled in agreement while Rikku complained.

"Hey that's not fair" Rikku complained wanting to get paid.

"Okay then. Track down the unsent and see if he drops another one for you then" Paine told her as the idea didn't play well with Rikku.

"Yeah you can keep it, let's just go" Rikku said quickly.

"You think it's compatible to form a new dressphere?" Yuna asked as Pained walked back to them all.

"Only one way to find out" Paine said as she equipped the sphere with her dressphere technology and activated. Light covered her body and her warrior clothes vanished and begun to manipulate into new clothing, however something was wrong. Pyreflies from the mansion begun to shoot into   the middle of Paine's transformation.

Yuna and Rikku watched anxiously as Paine's transition turned from a bright warm light into a dark spooky effect. A new outfit materialised over her body that while it matched Paine's dark image, it caused some alarm and distress for her follow Gullwings.

Paine's outfit, now mainly consisted of a strapless black leather dress with red leather running up the middle. long black gloves, identical to the ones she wears in her warrior dressphere covered her arms,  and bridal jewellery was worn around her neck hanging down at her cleavage.  Paine's skin looked a lot paler and she had a strange fascination with the outfit examining it on her body.

"Well at least it suits you, whoa!" Rikku screamed as Pyreflies begun imitating and flowing out from Paine's body. Paine's eyes begun to glow in their red colour and the girls could see fangs growing in Paine's mouth as she stared them down with a disturbing sense of fascination.

"Paine?" Yuna asked remembering the warnings of dress spheres taking over the user.

"You'll have your summoner, master" Paine said coolly as the summoner returned chuckling evilly as his black magic has created a vampire dress sphere that has enslaved the wielder into being his slave.

"Paine snap out of it!" Rikku cried holding up her daggers staying brave and wanting to protect Yuna.

"Take care of her my slave" The summoner ordered Paine.

"Understood master, Demi" Paine unleashed her gravity magic onto Rikku. The thief screamed as she was slammed to the ground with extreme pressure, losing her weapons.

"Rikku!" Yuna screamed trying to help her.

Paine pulled Rikku's body towards her and grabbed her body holding her in place. "Vampiric Drain!" Paine cried as her fangs grew longer and sharper, which she used to pierce into Rikku's neck and begin draining her blood to make her stronger. A gunshot echoed in the room as Paine discarded Rikku to the ground. Yuna stood holding her gun straight at Paine, narrowly missing her head to get to her to stop her attack. Paine didn't look alarmed as she licked Rikku's blood from her teeth as  Rikku groaned from Paine's brutal attack.

Yuna activated her dressphere and changed out of her gunner outfit. Paine watched not seeing it as a threat as Yuna was now wearing her old summoner outfit with her staff in hand. She begun to twist around and swing the staff around in a dancing manner. As a result of this, the pyreflies of both the summoner and infecting Paine's dress sphere, begun to be purged out by Yuna's sending.

"Stop her!" The summoner ordered as Paine acted quickly.

"Osmoses!" Paine screamed as she begun shooting blue, fluid magic through Yuna that sapped her of her energy and was then absorbed by Paine. Yuna tried to stay strong and finish the sending in hope of saving her friend but Paine's magic was draining her too much as she fainted to the ground.

"Good work my slave, now bring her body downstairs and restrain her. Then come back for the other, she will be a valuable plaything" The summoner ordered her.

" Yes master" Paine droned picking up the unconscious Yuna and walking with her in her arms, stepping over the defeated Rikku, and bringing Yuna to her master for unknown horrors and rituals.
